You can view your data balance by logging into your Roamvy account, either on the website or app.
Go to My eSIMs, then select View Details for the relevant eSIM.
You'll see a dashboard with all your plan details, including:
You can also top up your eSIM directly from the same page if needed.
You can delete your Roamvy account directly from the website or app:
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent. All saved eSIMs, rewards, and account history will be lost and cannot be restored.

No. An account is required to access your eSIM QR code, view usage, and manage your data.
Click 'Forgot password' on the login screen and follow the instructions. You'll receive an email with a reset link.
You can create a Roamvy account in seconds via the Roamvy website or mobile app.
Sign up using:
Your email address, or
Your Google, Facebook, or Apple login
Once logged in, you can:
Purchase and manage eSIMs
Check your data balance and expiry
Access QR codes and installation instructions
iPhone:
Go to Settings > Cellular > Select the Roamvy eSIM > Remove.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (on some models: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager) > Roamvy > Delete/Remove.
